This year I had the honor of being chosen by San Francisco General Hospital for the prestigious annual tradition of Hearts in San Francisco"

My heart is wrapped in a corset made of satin, vinyl, lace, ribbon , grommets and glitter on heart One side is the satiny lacey side of SF.

While the other is the vinyl edgy side of SF.

The two different sides are united and laced together.
